Final Delivery of Images

Client to receive professionally edited, high-resolution, downloadable digital images upon submission of selection from their online gallery. The quantity of images will be based on the session and contract agreed upon by Backwoods Paws Photography and Client. If Client wishes to purchase additional images and/or products, Client may go to Backwoods Paws Photography's Store.

Copyrights & Trademarks

All materials appearing on Backwoodspawsphoto.pixieset.com are the property of Backwoods Paws Photography. Materials protected by this copyright include any and all images and any and all text; (including logos and other graphics); and any and all design elements of the website. You may use the content of Backwoodspawsphoto.pixieset.com for shopping, placing an order on this site, or for conducting other tasks associated directly with, and for the sole purpose of, shopping on this site or placing an order on this site. Unauthorized use of the materials appearing on Backwoodspawsphoto.pixieset.com may violate copyright, trademark and other applicable laws and could result in criminal or civil penalties. Such unauthorized use includes, but is not exclusive to, copying, reproducing, republishing, modifying, uploading, transmitting, or distributing any of such materials without the prior written consent of Backwoodspawsphoto.pixieset.com.

Client's Usage

Backwoods Paws Photography hereby grants Client an exclusive, limited, irrevocable, royalty-free, non-transferable and non-sublicensable license to use Work Product for Client’s Personal Use, provided that Client does not remove any attribution notices or copyright notices included by Backwoods Paws Photography in any Work Product. “Personal Use” includes, but is not limited to, use (i) of photos on Client’s personal social media pages or profiles; (ii) in Client’s personal creations, such as albums or personal gifts; (iii) in non-commercial physical display; and (iv) in personal communications, such as family newsletter, email, or holiday card. Client will not make any other use of the Work Product without Backwoods Paws Photography prior written consent, including but not limited to use of the Work Product for commercial sale. Client shall not copy, screen shot or capture the photographs in any other fashion. Client also shall not significantly crop, edit, or add filters to any photographs.

License

All images are property of Backwoods Paws Photography and are copyrighted by law. None of them can be copied, used, or published for commercial purposes without Backwoods Paws Photography's clear permission to do so. Backwoods Paws Photography reserves the right to use all of Client’s images on website, blogs, or any other related marketing material.

Limitation of Liability

Backwoods Paws Photography is not liable for lost images due to client's failure to download files within the specified timeframe or for issues with third-party gallery platforms.

Archiving / File Storage

Backwoods Paws Photography will retain original and edited images for a minimum of 90 days. After this period, images may be deleted without notice. Client is responsible for backing up downloaded files.
